Product descriptions, pricing, typographic and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for such errors. All prices on this website are in US currency. Claims for shipping damages should be filed with carrier.
KWON reserves the right to modify merchandise sold through our website or catalog, particularly in response to technical progress, with particular reference to material properties, color, weight, dimensions or other features. However; we guarantee consistent merchandise quality.
Returns & Exchanges
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 60 days of purchase/order. After 60 days goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom, printed, embroidered or clearance products.
If you need to return any merchandise, enclose a copy of the original invoice and write reason of exchange or why you wish to have a refund for the merchandise. Wrap products securely and return via UPS or insured USPS. All items sold as sets must be returned as sets. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges and any other outside fees. A check or money order for shipping and handling must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
Customers may be assessed restocking fees, repackaging fees, and cleaning fees based on the condition of the product.
Please allow 2-4 weeks on all returns for credit, refund, or exchange.
DVDs: No refunds or exchanges accepted once the seal is broken.

Limited Replacement Warranty
KWON warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. KWON's sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products which are returned prepaid to KWON within these 60 days.
Martial Arts Weapons
All weapons sold through KWON's catalog, website etc. are intended for demonstration or display as a collection item only. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons involves serious risks, including injury, disability and death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert supervision, for demonstrations or forms, collection or display. Do not use for sparring or contact. Inspect weapons carefully before every use. Do not use if you notice any unsafe condition. By purchasing any item from this website or catalog, the buyer warrants complaints with all local, state, federal and international law and that buyer is legally able to purchase and sell all items being purchased from KWON's website or catalog. KWON disclaims any and all liability related to improper, illegal, unintended use or modification of weapons sold through its website or catalog. The purchase/user assumes all risk of injury from any use. No weapons are sold to anyone under 18 years of age.
Assumption Of Risk
By buying KWON merchandise you understand and agree that Martial Arts, Boxing, Kick-Thai-Boxing, Fitness and any other sports are high risk activities and - to the extent permitted by law - you expressly and voluntarily assume the risk of death or other personal injury sustained while participating in such activities whether or not caused by the negligence or other fault of KWON, including but not limited to merchandise malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of KWON. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold KWON harmless from any third party claims occuring from such high risk activities or Martial Arts weapons or any other KWON merchandise.
Consult your personal physician before participating in any of the above mentioned high risk activities. Read and follow specific warnings and instructions on products and in product literature or inserts.
