Taekwondo WM 2009 in Copenhagen with record participation


It was the biggest world championship in the history of the WTF (World Taekwondo Federation).
From 14. - 18 October nearly 1000 athletes out of impressive 143 nations took part within the five match days and presented exciting matches.

Mokdad Ounis won a bronze medal and was the only member of the German national team which took home a medal of the WM in Copenhagen. His coach Aziz Acharki was very pleased.
